On March 15, the Certified Compliance Management Professional certification award ceremony of Zhejiang Huayou Cobalt Co., Ltd. was held at its headquarters in Tongxiang. Huayou Cobalt officially received the BSI ISO 37301:2021 certification, becoming the world's first new energy Li-ion battery material enterprise to obtain this certification and marking that its compliance management has reached international standards.
Zhang Yixiang, BSI China's Managing Director, Guo Yueting, BSI's Director of Strategic Business Development, Fang Qixue, Senior Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer of Huayou, and Zhou Qifa, Vice President of Huayou, attended the ceremony.
Zhang Yixiang announced that Huayou Cobalt officially received the BSI ISO 37301:2021 certification on March 13, 2023. He said that Huayou Cobalt took the lead in benchmarking ISO 37301:2021 and embracing international standards, which fully demonstrates the management's high regard and determination to improve the level of compliance management and to be in line with international standards.

ISO 37301: 2021 "Compliance Management Systems – Requirements with Guidance for Use" was released and implemented in April 2021, as a revision and replacement of ISO 19600: 2014 "Compliance Management Systems- Guidelines".
